- Provided written testimony (joint with Frank J. Chaloupka) to the Unites States Department of Health and Human Services Interagency Committee on Smoking and Health Cessation Subcommittee, December 2002. My testimony provided information on the research that I conducted on the economic determinants of smoking initiation and cessation.
